My Profile
I worked as a railway system operations engineer for 17 years before becoming a self-employed content creator.
Now, I run a YouTube channel focused on travel content while also being a mother of two.
Born and raised in Tokyo, Japan, I have lived in Tokyo, Chiba, Saga, and Iwate Prefectures.
I’m not very fluent in English, but I do my best to share my travel experiences with an international audience.
About This Blog
This blog shares the charm of traveling across Japan.
While I’m interested in international travel, there are still so many places within Japan that I want to visit.
Due to the current exchange rate, I naturally focus more on domestic trips.
Our family follows a “grown-up first” approach to travel.
Even with kids, we prioritize destinations that adults genuinely want to visit.
My husband, who loves history, geography, and Western-style architecture, often selects our travel spots.
Using his knowledge as inspiration, I share travel experiences, culture, and history through my content.
Both my husband and I enjoy railway travel.
We prefer destinations rich in history and culture, as well as quiet, off-the-beaten-path locations that haven’t been overly commercialized.
(We do not own a car.)
This blog is especially useful for those who enjoy a peaceful, sophisticated travel experience—whether you’re traveling solo, as a couple, or even with children while avoiding noisy, crowded places.
